Surely you have read Patrick Lencioni’s classic, The 5 dysfunctions of a team. You also know the model. But the power to change requires that people acts. Having outstanding teams is not an easy task, it takes time, work and a lot of learning. Above all, it depends on being able to recognize and overcome the 5 dysfunctions that every team faces: lack of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoiding accountability and inatterntion to results.
Be it in person or virtually, these workshops are highly interactive, we work with very real topics where everyone gets involved to take the team to the next level. The exercises and discussions are designed to help participants stay engaged, draw on their own experiences, and apply the concepts to improve the performance of their teams.
