Surely you have read Patrick Lencioni’s classic, The 5 dysfunctions of a team. You also know the model. But the power to change requires that people acts. Having outstanding teams is not an easy task, it takes time, work and a lot of learning. Above all, it depends on being able to recognise and overcome the five dysfunctions of a team: lack of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of responsibility and disregard for results.

The process starts with knowing where we are starting from, through a “snapshot” of how the team is doing, and then through a wise combination of different tools such as Lego® Serious Play®, Psychological Safety tools and the Team Alignment Map among others, seasoned with powerful learning activities to point out the challenges the team is facing and their possible solutions.
