During my 14 day Executive Training in Barranquilla (Colombia) giving highly acclaimed presentations on Coaching, Leadership and Communication, I had the opportunity to be interviewed in Radio Caracol on topics of Coaching and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) focusing on the development of people and organisations.
We talked about the soul of the people who work at all levels and how that makes up the soul of an organisation. Organisational flow influences their development if they invest in innovation and personal and professional development.
Most companies forget soft skills, emotional intelligence and systemic relationships that occur on a daily basis and how they affect the ability to accomplish their objectives and goals. Those influences create the organisational “climate” including inspirations, aspirations and attitudes of people and teams when carrying out the tasks they need to perform.
